We are committed to simplifying the return process and to refunding you in the form of credit within a maximum of 45 days from the date of your claim. Please note that if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item is unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and that it is still in its original packaging.

Products benefiting from a discount cannot be returned, except in the case of a product damaged upon receipt of the package. Gift cards cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please present a receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly ask you not to send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund Cases:

In certain situations, a partial refund may be granted, as appropriate. This includes any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.

Please note that any item returned after 30 days following delivery may be subject to a partial refund.

Refunds in the form of credit (where applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a maximum of 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. We would like to inform our customers that in accordance with current legislation, our return policy includes the provision of credits rather than cash refunds for returned items. Please note the following points:

  • Promotional Codes: Orders that have benefited from a discount via a promotional code will be treated in the same way as regular-priced orders, with the issuance of a credit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Parcels are insured against damage and loss up to the value declared by the carrier.

  • Loss is acknowledged in the case where the postal service confirms the loss. A delivery confirmed by the postal services will be considered valid. Indeed, Anime Figure Store has experienced too many cases of unfortunately dishonest customers reporting not having been delivered for us to rely solely on the customer's word.
  • Damage must be proven to have originated from delivery or from our part; otherwise, we will not proceed with any return/refund as, like for the loss, we have experienced too many cases of unfortunately dishonest customers. However, Anime Figure Store will do its utmost to satisfy you by resending the items of your order at our expense or offering you a gift voucher with a value higher than the amount of your initial order.
