But as the two artificial humans were destroyed in his timeline, his only solution was to travel in time to the timeline of our heroes to achieve his goal. He is a major antagonist in Dragon Ball, being one of the three main antagonists of Dragon Ball Z.
Perfect Cell is the ultimate form of Cell, which he assumes after absorbing No. 18. This form undergoes significant physical and moral changes.
In this form, Cell regains his wings, the top of his torso and shoulders turn black, his face and hands turn gray, and his feet become yellow.
