⛩ Feitan is the #2 member of the infamous Ghost Brigade and has been the group's interim leader in the leader's enforced absence. His physical strength ranks fifth in arm-wrestling in the group.
Feitan is the Ghost Brigade's interrogator, and is highly skilled in the art of torture. He is extremely cold, but is also shown to be very loyal to Kuroro and the Ghost Brigade as a whole. He seems to show a passion for stealing, and insists that he is a thief, "We're thieves, so we steal, it's in our nature".
Although not the most sympathetic, he seems to get on quite well with the other members of the brigade and interacts with them normally, except during a few tense situations when he comes into conflict with some of them.
