⛩ Pachin, real name Haruki Hayashida, is a young man, division captain of the Tokyo Manjikai.
He's the most belligerent and impulsive member of the organization. He once kicked Takemichi out of the way when Takemichi was attending one of their meetings for the first time. His deputy chief, Peyan, constantly repeats that he has mush for brains.
Haruki was an enormously important character during the arc against the Moebius. A friend of his and his girlfriend were cowardly beaten and assaulted. The young teenager was even raped in front of her boyfriend. Pachin, wounded, asks Mikey to defend his honor and wage war on the Moebius. The two gangs meet by chance in a hangar, where the division captain battles Osanai, leader of the Moebius.
At the end of the fight, Pachin falls almost unconscious, but manages to plant Osanai before the others flee when the police arrive. He surrendered to the police for this crime and was placed in a reformatory.
It's because of this arrest that Peyan, vice-captain of Pachin's division, will turn against Tokyo Manjikai in favor of Moebius to assassinate Draken.
