Physical Appearance and Presence
Thomas is an imposing individual, with an exceptionally tall and powerful silhouette. His muscular body is adorned with long, bright blonde hair and piercing red eyes that captivate and reflect his inner strength. His radiant smile, enhanced by a well-groomed blonde goatee, gives Thomas an intimidating yet charismatic look.
His black tattoos on the body add a mysterious note to his appearance. When he channels his supernatural powers or experiences strong emotions, his eyes light up with an intense yellow, while golden veins emerge on his skin, testifying to his amplified power. His clothing style is casual: he favors colorful Hawaiian shirts, often wears sunglasses, along with beach shorts and sandals, reflecting an attitude both comfortable and laid-back.
In the revised version of his timeline, Thomas’s overall appearance remains almost unchanged compared to the original timeline, the major difference being his beard, now fuller, replacing his former characteristic goatee.
Character and Personality Traits
Thomas Andre stands out for his marked pride and impetuous temperament. However, he is also endowed with a strong sense of brotherhood and loyalty toward his close ones. To this end, he honored Hwang Dongsoo, despite the criminal and ruthless nature of the latter, by giving him a dignified funeral. His attachment to this camaraderie even led to a life-or-death fight with Jinwoo, fought ultimately to save him. Thomas is particularly intolerant of insubordination and disrespect, which is evident in his harsh warnings to Dongsoo when he tried to oppose him, or in his fierce anger at Jinwoo’s refusal to spare Dongsoo after Jinho’s torture. Driven by an almost unmatched strength and coming from a humble background, Thomas firmly adheres to the law of the strongest, never hesitating a second to use brute physical force to get what he wants.
However, his arrogance is not devoid of a certain nobility: he shows great sportsmanship in defeat, such as when he bore no grudge against Jinwoo despite nearly dying during their clash in the United States. Strongly refusing to owe favors to anyone, Thomas always ensures relationships remain balanced. This trait is illustrated when he went to Korea to thank Jinwoo by offering him a meal, acknowledging that Jinwoo spared his guildmates.
Biography and Journey
Thomas Andre traces his origins to a family of modest European immigrants living under harsh conditions. As a child, he grew up in a hostile environment, constantly at the mercy of enemies. Facing this adversity, he forged a seasoned fighter’s temperament and a natural talent for dominance, tested through countless duels against those who dared oppose him. The appearance of magical beasts was a golden opportunity for Thomas to climb the ranks and establish himself as the uncontested ruler of the hunters' world. He thus received the exceptional powers of the Rulers, elevating him to the most powerful and feared hunter on the global stage.
A key event in his story was his battle with Kamish, a legendary dragon. During this confrontation, Thomas took the sharpest fang of the dragon, torn off during a bite. After Kamish’s defeat, Thomas was honored to keep this trophy as a symbol of victory. Rather than using it as is, he transformed this fang into a pair of sharp daggers. However, due to his fighting style, Thomas never used these daggers, which remained for eight long years in the Scavengers Guild basement, gathering dust.
Jeju Island Arc
When Hwang caused a major crisis in Korea by trying to hunt down and eliminate Sung Jinwoo, Thomas intervened by flying over the country a month later to meet Go Gunhee, the Korean guild president, thus ensuring Hwang would be prevented from repeating his actions. Learning that Gunhee had banned Hwang’s access, Thomas firmly withdrew, refusing to participate in the raid on Jeju Island without proper compensation. Later, watching Jinwoo’s epic fight against the Ant King, he learned from Laura that Jinwoo was responsible for the death of Hwang’s elder brother, which complicated any attempt at a friendly meeting. Thomas sternly warned Laura that, as owner of the Scavengers Guild and Hwang’s mentor, he would fiercely protect his interests at the risk of any third party.

Japanese Crisis Arc
A few weeks later, an S-Rank Gate opened in Maryland. Thomas surprised a trio of S-Rank hunters betting on Jinwoo’s failure to cross this gate in Japan. Arrogantly, he joined their discussion and challenged their prediction, betting at his HQ that Jinwoo would cross smoothly and prove his supremacy. After Jinwoo’s striking success, Thomas attended a party organized by the U.S. government to congratulate, while teasing those who mocked his abilities. However, the situation complicated when he learned that Jinwoo would come to the United States to represent Korea at the International Guild Conference, rekindling Hwang’s grudge, still thirsty for revenge over his brother’s disappearance.
International Guild Conference Arc
A few days before this major event, Thomas summoned Hwang privately to order him to commit no hostile acts toward Jinwoo under penalty of severe sanctions, also urging him to take leave on the conference day. Despite these warnings, Hwang attacked Jinho, Jinwoo’s close ally, in a quest for revenge. Thomas found Hwang in an abandoned factory where Jinwoo had already incapacitated him. Refusing to sacrifice Hwang for a personal quarrel, Thomas begged Jinwoo to spare him, but facing firm refusal, a fierce battle broke out between the two titans. Their duel reached peaks of power before Jinwoo, clearly dominating the fight, forced Thomas to retreat, barely escaping death.
After a recovery period in hospital, Thomas thanked Jinwoo and sought to understand why he chose not to eliminate him or his guild. Jinwoo replied they had no legitimate reason to deserve death. Accepting this reason, Thomas proposed to Laura to arrange a friendly meeting with Jinwoo to strengthen their ties.
Monarchs War Arc
Healed from his wounds, Thomas reclaimed Kamish’s Wrath at the Scavengers Guild headquarters and went to Korea to offer it to Jinwoo as a symbol of gratitude for sparing his guild members. Their meeting was delayed by Jinwoo’s nonstop raids, but they finally dined together and exchanged experiences. Thomas then revealed to the champion the daggers forged from Kamish’s fang, which impressed Jinwoo with their remarkable power. However, their rest was short-lived: a large dimensional gate appeared, even more imposing than the one Kamish emerged from. Thomas decided to stay and help fight against this new threat.
When Rakan, one of the nine monarchs, suddenly appeared to sow devastation, Thomas immediately intervened and tried to neutralize him alone. Despite a fierce and balanced confrontation, Thomas was eventually surpassed when Rakan fully deployed his Spirit Body Manifestation. However, before Rakan could land a fatal blow, Lennart Niermann saved him by unleashing a powerful energy burst. Shortly after, Sung Jinwoo arrived to fight and allowed Thomas to retreat safely to heal his wounds.
Final Battle Arc
When Antares, supreme monarch and destroyer, invaded the human world devastating everything in Canada, Thomas vigorously confronted enemy forces. He was challenged to a duel by Tarnak, who openly despised him for his previous defeat to Rakan. In response, Thomas summoned his shadow soldiers, notably Bellion and Beru, who combined their forces to easily eliminate Tarnak during an intense battle.
Epilogue
After the last use of the Reincarnation Cup orchestrated by the Rulers at Jinwoo’s explicit request, a new timeline emerged where the human world remains unaware of magical creatures’ existence. In this alternate universe, Thomas never became a hunter and pursued a career as a professional wrestler. He nearly died in a car accident, saved at the last moment by Norma Selner, who revealed having prevented a suspicious act threatening his life. Their chance meeting became the genesis of a deep friendship, with Thomas regularly visiting her between his fights.
Ragnarök
In this living facility, Thomas was encouraged by Mrs. Selner to learn Korean, a language recommended to him as a valuable asset for the future. Although he did not immediately understand the reason, Thomas trusted this prediction, quickly learned, and grew fond of Korean culture, notably dramas, thus enriching his cultural horizon.
Pyramid Arc
Following the emergence of a Pyramid-type dungeon in Egypt, linked to a prophecy from Mrs. Selner announcing that the secret of immortality would be hidden there, Thomas dispatched Randolph and several hunters from the Scavengers Guild to secure the site and examine its secrets.
Preparation Arc
Regaining his full national rank hunter power, Thomas restructures the Scavengers Guild to elevate it among the greatest guilds worldwide. On Norma Selner’s recommendation, he undertakes a trip to South Korea to find Sung Suho, a confirmed hunter, following a mysterious prophecy announcing that his help would be crucial soon.
Accompanied by Laura, Thomas meets Suho, surprised to discover he is a C-rank hunter, a level seemingly insufficient against the challenges of the Glacier Dungeon. A confrontation ensues where Thomas pushes Suho to demonstrate his strength under Norma’s influence. Yoo Jinho’s timely arrival, Suho’s uncle and major investor of the Scavengers Guild, tempers the incident. Thomas then reveals his true motivations: recruiting Suho for the attack on the Glacier Dungeon, pointing out that Suho might even find clues about his missing mother, Cha Hae-In.

Despite an uncertain start, Thomas and Laura promise to return for a definitive answer. The next day, their wait is disappointed by Suho’s absence, who left a note indicating his departure, leading to an unexpected reunion at the Euljiro weapons market, which in turn became the scene of a sudden dungeon escape. Thomas spontaneously takes the role of leader, although Suho had already claimed Lim Tae-Gyu’s intervention.
Glacier Dungeon Arc
During the exploration of the Facade Island Dungeon, Thomas finds himself isolated from the group and falls under the demonic possession by an Apostle. In the grip of uncontrollable rage, he wreaks havoc until Suho, aided by his mother Cha Hae-In, intervenes to free Thomas using a sacred source from the Ice Elves. Restored, Thomas regains memories of his previous life and a large part of his national hunter powers. Furious at having been used as the Apostle’s puppet, he engages in an intense fight against this evil entity.
Following the collective victory, Thomas absorbs the Apostle’s essence and strengthens his power. Beru and Suho then inform him of Jinwoo’s absence and the growing threat of the Itarim and their Apostles. Unfazed by this danger, Thomas determinedly agrees to support Suho in preparing for the coming battles. Together, they analyze the advanced technology in Rio Singh’s arsenal, comparable to that of the old timeline, suspecting Woo Jinchul's influence and his advanced knowledge of timelines.
To protect the heroes’ anonymity and avoid media destabilization, Thomas hides Hae-In and Suho’s direct involvement in conquering the Glacier Dungeon, letting the Scavengers Guild claim the public credit.
Back in the United States, Thomas arranges a meeting with Christopher Reed, an S-Rank hunter, hoping to protect him from similar possession. But faced with Christopher’s advanced possession, Thomas must fight and kill his ally to absorb the source of evil. This murder triggers intense shock among American authorities, who launch accusations against Thomas.
To regain trust, Thomas voluntarily goes to the Federal Hunters Bureau. Meeting chief Adam White reveals a network of suspicious activities linked to the Foreign Religion and their dark plans. Convinced of Thomas’s innocence, Adam places him under surveillance to simultaneously advance enemy tracking, allowing Thomas to strengthen his hunter powers with each elimination.
