Appearance
Cha Hae-In is a captivating young woman with sharp gray eyes and short blonde hair. She is petite, has a slender build, and is notably well-proportioned. On missions, she often dons a gleaming red armor and wields a black sword with a silver hilt. When activating her powers, her eyes shine with a vivid yellow hue.
Personality
With a calm, serious, and thoughtful demeanor, Hae-In is renowned for her extreme discipline. During raids, she is vigilant about the safety of miners and porters, ensuring no harm comes to the support teams in dungeons. As a sword enthusiast, she continues to practice fencing, striving for perfection even two years after reaching the esteemed S-Rank. Highly intuitive, she quickly senses that there is something unique about Sung Jinwoo upon their first meeting.
Unlike many high-ranking hunters, Hae-In is very humble and treats all hunters with respect, regardless of rank. Despite her empathy, she remains reserved outside of missions, is socially awkward, and has few close friends. Her embarrassment is evident, especially when Jinwoo teases her about an amusing incident.

Background
Before becoming a hunter, Cha Hae-In excelled in competitive sports, but a severe ankle injury ended her athletic career. Following her athletic retirement, she began developing her awakened abilities and joined the Hunters Guild, becoming the ninth Korean hunter to earn S-Rank status while also serving as vice president.
During her time at the guild, her guildmates nicknamed her "The Dancer" due to her graceful and fluid swordplay. However, the nickname embarrassed her and she soon prohibited its use within the guild.
Arc: Hunters Guild Gate
During an A-Rank gate raid, Hae-In worked alongside Choi Jong-In and other guild members. After securing most of the dungeon, she noticed the intriguing presence of Sung Jinwoo, which raised her suspicions.
She warned him about the dungeon boss despite his E-Rank card, sensing that his aura was different. When he approached her, his scent stood out from less experienced hunters. Curious, she conducted research at the Korean Hunters Association, but the information was classified.
On a day off, she found him at another A-Rank gate, growing even more curious seeing him work as a porter. Suspecting there was more behind the situation, she infiltrated the site, borrowing a miner's pickaxe to blend in.
In the boss Kargalgan's throne room, Hae-In witnessed Jinwoo's spectacular summons and stepped in to aid her group. After the fight, she witnessed Jinwoo's astonishing abilities. Impressed, she set out to further understand his mysterious role in these events.
Arc: Jeju Island
Preparing for an imminent Jeju threat, Hae-In intensively trained with other S-Rank hunters in simulated battles, facing formidable opponents and demonstrating exceptional mastery of her sword.
During the island raid, she participated heroically—taking on royal guards and helping to defeat the Ant Queen. In a fierce battle with the Ant King, her exceptional mana attunement triggered intense pain, leaving her in grave peril.

She was ultimately saved from certain death by Sung Jinwoo and his Shadows, further cementing the guild’s trust in her abilities.
Arc: Recruitment
After the raid, Hae-In left the prestigious Hunters Guild to join Sung Jinwoo's Solo Player Guild. Her decision, motivated by her admiration for and growing feelings toward Jinwoo, surprised many. Though Jinwoo hesitated, she persisted, declaring her willingness to pay any penalty.
When challenged to a training duel against Jinwoo’s Shadows, including Igris and Beru, she displayed fierce determination and remarkable combat improvement.
Arc: Double Dungeon & Monarchs' War
Hae-In played a key role in exploring the Double Dungeon, facing the formidable Architect whose attacks she couldn't overcome. Later, during the Monarchs' War, she shared close moments with Jinwoo while also remaining a formidable warrior on the battlefield.
Epilogue
After the Monarchs’ War and the activation of the Cup of Reincarnation, Cha Hae-In lost memories of her hunting life. However, her connection with Sung Jinwoo endured, hinting at a promising future in a new reality where fate would reunite them.
During her youth, while competing in preliminaries and coping with a leg injury, Hae-In had her first fateful encounter with Sung Jinwoo. Despite subsequent amnesia, her sensitivity to mana remained intact—noticeable by her gentler scent after Jinwoo healed her leg. Over time, their bond grew, leading to marriage and the birth of their son, Sung Suho.
