Kishou Arima is known as the Reaper or White Reaper of the GCC. He is famous for his record of turning the tables on his opponents in some of the most crucial battles. Although he is the face of the GCC, Arima secretly works with the ghouls. A man of honor and strict principles, he believes that the world is completely gray rather than black and white.

Juuzou Suzuya is a ghoul hunter who was raised by a ghoul named Big Madam. Juuzou is shunned by most of their peers because they think Juuzou is a freak. Frustrated, Juuzou asks these questions highlighting the real problem.
