5/ "I won't hesitate to take theirs."
Eren has always been defiant and not afraid to stand up to injustice. Eren eventually developed a very black and white view of his enemies - not a surprise considering all he has endured. Eren refuses to show any sympathy at all and now thinks it's better to do to others what they did to him.
An excellent example of Eren's new perspective was when he said, "If someone is willing to take my freedom, I will not hesitate to take theirs." At this point, Eren's main goal is self-preservation . Even though the people who try to take away his freedom are not necessarily his enemies, he will consider them as such.

4/ "If you don't fight, you can't win!"
While the daily circumstances of viewers are very different from the nightmarish reality that Eren Yeager faces every day, he certainly said a few quotes that could serve as encouragement during difficult times.
One of those quotes was when he said, "If you win, you live. If you lose, you die. If you don't fight, you can't win." The first two sentences of the quote probably don't apply to most - but comparing winning and losing to living or dying puts things in perspective. The last sentence, however, serves as a real battle cry.

Jean and Eren have always had a very interesting relationship. When they first met, their goals in life could not have been more opposite. While Eren wanted to join the Survey Corps and see the outside world - even if it meant facing his demise - Jean wanted to join the military police and live a safe life.
During training, Annie taught Eren a move that he would later use against Jean before saying those words to her. Jean eventually decided to join the Survey Corps and the two became close comrades.

When the Survey Corps discovered that colossal Titans were inside the walls, they also learned that Minister Nick knew this all along and refused to reveal this information. In order to convince Minister Nick to tell them everything he knew, the Survey Corps asked Nick to join them, which allowed him to see firsthand the terrible conditions that some of the Paradise residents were living in.
However, Eren wanted to learn everything Nick knew right away and became angry. Manga readers know that Eren's opinions have changed, which makes these words incredibly ironic.
1/ "I will destroy them! Every one of those animals that is on this earth!"
Eren had always wanted to go outside the walls and fight the titans. However, after the death of his mother, this goal became the most important thing to him. Eren wanted to take revenge on the titans for destroying his family and his home.
As the story progressed, he and the other characters learned that the titans were not their true enemies and that it was other countries in the world that used the giant cannibals to kill them. Eren finally achieves his goal by murdering thousands of people and fans are eager to see what he does next.
