Kazutora Hanemiya is a founding member of the Tokyo Manji Gang . At one point, after spending two years in a juvenile detention center for the accidental murder of Shinichiro Sano, he joined Valhalla as number 3 and leader of the anti-Toman force. At the end of Bloody Halloween , Kazutora was sentenced to ten years in a detention center in retaliation for his crimes.

Appearance
Kazutora is of medium height and has a slender figure. His natural black hair is styled in a messy wolf cut with yellow streaks throughout. He has a mole under the right side of his sand-colored eyes and a tiger tattoo stretching from his neck to his shoulder and chest. Kazutora also wears an earring with a bell at its tip. He is often seen wearing the standard Valhalla uniform. On days when he's not on gang duty, he wears the Mizo Middle School uniform.
As an adult, Kazutora's hair is much longer, reaching to his shoulders. His locks are mostly black with cascading pieces dyed yellow; he often wears it in a ponytail.
Personality
Kazutora is a very broken soul; as a child, he was forced to choose between his mother and father in a domestic violence case. Because of his basically non-existent family life, he despised other happy families. Something as simple as seeing children enjoying tender moments with their parents triggered a nerve in Kazutora and irritated him deeply.
It's likely that his deep attachment to the Tokyo Manji Gang was actually rooted in the comfort of his loneliness, and he was in fact very loyal to the Tokyo Manji Gang and to Mikey , striving to make him happy at all costs, even resorting to unhealthy practices and downright criminal methods such as robbery. Such impulses would eventually turn for the worse, as his attempted robbery would end in tragedy, his already fragile mind crumbling within minutes. As a coping mechanism, he irrationally blamed Mikey for Shinichiro's death. Kazutora is mentally strained and, at the age of 15, was on the verge of losing his mind after spending years locked up. What little sanity he had left was controlled by Baji, who played on his delusion that everything that went wrong in his life was because of Mikey.
Kazutora turns out to be quite unstable, sadistic and incredibly violent. Although he was calm and polite when he introduced himself to Takemichi's group, he soon after introduced them to his "most trusted men", both of whom received broken legs from Kazutora, forcing them to use crutches to walk. He smiled at what he'd done, as if it were normal. When Bloody Halloween was about to begin, he was so irritated by Draken's request that he attacked Hansen, the fight's referee, while proclaiming that Valhalla was going to beat the Tokyo Manji Gang to death, showing visible joy at the bloodbath that was soon to follow.
Kazutora is so deranged and detached from reality that he believed that if killing people made one a bad person, killing enemies made one a hero, demonstrating the extreme and distorted logic developed by him as a means of justifying Mikey's murder for all that Kazutora had misguidedly. blamed him for.
After his second spell in prison, he got the help he needed and reintegrated into life. He remains calm, his emotional tension still sometimes apparent, but seems better managed.
As an adult, Kazutora has made a full recovery. He can talk normally with others and react emotionally to events. He also shows regret for his past actions and deep down is incredibly loyal to the Tokyo Manji Gang and Mikey, so much so that in an alternate timeline, he was distraught when the Tokyo Manji Gang was corrupted by Black Dragon money and fought fiercely to dismantle them.
In the current timeline, he is on more openly friendly terms with Takemichi and was the first to approach him and support him in his quest to find Mikey. He was also concerned about Takemichi's welfare, noting that he would soon be getting married, showing that Kazutora is not blindly loyal to Mikey but is capable of caring for others in the right way.
