Mei Mei is an independent Class 1 exorcist who works only for money. She is also Ui Ui's older sister.

Mei is a woman with long, pale blue hair, parted in two braids, one hanging in front of her face and the other behind her head. She also has fine eyebrows and brown eyes. In everyday life, Mei leaves her hair tied up in a single braid.
Her work outfit consists of a long, dark purple dress with long sleeves and a turtleneck, and black shoes.
When Mei was younger, her hair was shorter (though still long) and kept in a ponytail. On her missions, she wore a long-sleeved black shirt with a light tie, black pants and black shoes.
Mei is a very confident and proud woman. She puts herself and her own strength first. She is aware of her weaknesses and limitations, and is capable of facing up again to things she already considers lost.
In fact, she has explained that what's most important in her life are all the advantages she can obtain. She is often ruthlessly rational and uses her intelligence to achieve her goals.
Mei is considered by some to be a strong person, capable of not crying when faced with complicated situations.
In fact, she seems to attach great importance to money, for in anticipation of the possible implications that could arise after the devastation wrought on Japan by Ryomen Sukuna and Noritoshi Kamo, she immediately thought of protecting her money and her stock market shares. Even when Satoru asks her which side she's on, Mei replies that she's on the side of the one offering the most money.
Hidden Treasure Bow / Premature Death
In 2006, Mei led a mission with Utahime Iori to a haunted mansion in the town of Hamamatsu. However, they were trapped in the premises' plague barrier. As they discussed what to do, Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto and Shoko Ieiri arrived and freed them by exorcising the spirit. After being freed, Mei asked the three youngsters if the curtain had been raised before their actions.

In 2017, when Suguru and his followers broke into Tokyo's exorcism school, the principal called all exorcists of semi-class 1 and above to defend themselves.
Bow Tournament
Mei observes the Twin High School Tournament team event with the other instructors. She notices how strong Maki Zenin is and wonders why she hasn't been promoted, to which Satoru replies that Maki's family, the Zenin clan, is standing in the way of her promotion. Also, Satoru asks why Yuji Itadori's fight isn't being shown, so she explains that animals are fickle and she's tired of sharing their vision.
When intruders invade the tournament, Mei is asked to locate the students and inform Satoru. Later, Mei leaves to look after Kasumi Miwa, who had fallen asleep after receiving a call. After the invasion, Mei attends a meeting with the other teachers, where they are informed of the victims and what has been stolen. Once the tournament is over, Mei returns to Kyoto with the other teachers and students.
Instinct Grégaire bow
A few days later, Mei checks her bank account and finds that Satoru has deposited 10 million in her account. Later, Mei and Aoi Todo meet Kyoto school principal Yoshinobu Gakuganji to promote Maki, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, Panda and Yuji to Class 1 exorcists. Later, Mei plays a game of table tennis with Aoi. As Aoi explains how he will be able to join Yuji on his mission, Mei tells Aoi that the person who proposed a candidate cannot accompany that candidate on a mission. After telling Aoi this, Mei leaves.
Arc Shibuya drama
On October 31, Mei is with her little brother Ui Ui and Yuji at Aoyama Cemetery, while Satoru deals with the situation in Shibuya. Suddenly, Mei receives a call about a curtain appearing at Meiji Shrine Station, and the little group head for the curtain to check out the situation. Once they arrive at Meiji Shrine Station, they are briefed on the situation, then Mei uses her power over crows to investigate what's going on in the station. Once she had obtained enough information and her crows had been killed, Mei informed Yuji and Ui of what was happening in the station. When Yuji asks if Mahito was in the station, Mei tells him she doesn't know but that he could be there since there are remodeled humans in the station. Mei then tells Yuji that they're going to split up, that she and Ui will enter through one entrance while he heads for another. Once they've reached their location, Mei manages to protect some of the humans from Mahito's mutated humans. When the curtain is lifted, Mei decides to head for level -5 with Ui and wait for Yuji.
Once Yuji arrives at their location, the three head for where the trapped people are. Along the way, Mei tells Yuji that he's good enough to be a Class 1 exorcist, and that she hasn't seen anyone do so well without spells since Atsuya Kusakabe. Once they arrive on the scene, they notice that there is only one person present. Mei, with Yuji and Ui, then heads for Satoru's location, but stops when Yuji is suddenly contacted by Kokichi Muta. Mei then listens as Kokichi explains how Satoru was sealed, how he was killed a few days before and how he set up a backup plan.
Kokichi also warns them that two plague masters are approaching and intend to kill Yuji. Mei wonders where the plague masters were hiding but says they should continue. Kokichi tells them they can't, as there's a curtain preventing the exorcists from passing in front of them. Kokichi says Mei will have to clear a path, so Yuji can return and head for Satoru's location from the surface. When the plague masters show up, Mei with Yuji and Ui prepare to fight them. As Mei fights her enemy, she explains how her technique works and what she has done to become so strong. As the enemy surrenders, Mei asks what use he can be to her, but kills him when he doesn't answer her right away. Afterwards, Ui tells her sister that the curtain has been lifted, and the two can continue down the tunnel.
After a while, Mei and Ui come across Suguru. Mei strikes up a conversation with him, but wonders why Suguru is still alive, and concludes that Suguru is a fake. Suguru then leaves, after confronting Mei with the scourge he has summoned, the Old Lady of Smallpox (whom he invokes as the God of Smallpox). As Mei faces her, the spirit uses its Territory Extension to seal Mei in a coffin. The scourge also crushes Mei with a large boulder, but Mei is able to shatter the rock before it can kill her. Mei manages to free herself from a few more of Old Lady Pox's attacks, and comes to understand how the scourge's attacks work. As the Old Lady of the Pox attacks Mei, one of her crows exorcises the spirit at the cost of her life. Once freed from the spirit's territory, Mei and Ui prepare to face the false Suguru.
After using Ui's technique to escape the false Suguru, Mei and her little brother are in Kuala Lampur, the capital of Malaysia, sleeping and enjoying a hotel until Mei gets up to make a call. Mei warns "someone" to sell all the Japanese stocks and real estate he owns, as Japan may be entering an economic crisis.
Mei is a class 1 exorcist recognized by many as an excellent fighter. When they were still students at the exorcism school, Satoru called Mei strong, a compliment that the strongest exorcist doesn't hand out lightly.
Following intense training and spell blossoming, Mei was able to effortlessly defeat opponents such as Niji Ebina, a plague master considered as strong as a semi-class 1.
In particular, she was able to face and defeat an S-class scourge, the Old Lady of Smallpox. Indeed, she claimed that after her battle with the S-class scourge, she couldn't remember the last time her life was in danger before that, suggesting that she hadn't been defeated or injured for a long time while working as an exorcist. Her intelligence and combat experience helped her thwart the plague and exorcise it. This feat even impressed the false Suguru, who admitted that Mei was exceptional for an exorcist of the modern era.
Exorcism
Mei possesses a high level of occult energy as an exorcist. Mei has trained herself to manipulate her occult energy in her body until she can no longer improve as a fighter. She has reached her physical limit, but this has also made her a master of combat, using physical skills enhanced by control of occult energy. In addition, Mei possesses an innate spell that enables her to cover crows with her own occult energy and can control an entire flock of crows at long range.
Handling crowsRaven Manipulation (Kokuchō Sōjutsu) is Mei's innate technique and, as the name suggests, it allows her to control several ravens. These birds are charged with Mei's occult energy and she can see through the eyes of her ravens.

Bird Strike (バードストライク, Bādo Sutoraiku): Mei urges a raven to make a suicide attack. This rather weak bird then sees its occult energy increased tenfold and pounces on its opponent. No human was able to avoid Bird Strike, with the exception of Satoru Gojo.
As a Class 1 exorcist, Mei has a lot of experience fighting plagues and is very astute at dealing with them. While trapped inside a barrier capable of manipulating time and space, Mei was able to devise a plan to escape with Utahime. She was assigned the role of a squad leader during the Shibuya Drama and was asked to investigate one of the station's entrances. Before going inside, Mei was clever enough to use her spell to her advantage, using her crows to scout around. This enabled her to devise a plan accordingly, which was well executed by her team.
In the heat of battle, Mei remained calm and devised a plan despite the pressure of an enemy Territory Expansion. She not only deduced the territory's specific conditions after enduring them a few times, but also identified the territory's weakness. Mei recognized that Old Lady Pox could only target one person at a time and devised a counter-attack based on this. Her intellect combined with her fighting skills enabled her to execute her plan perfectly and defeat a superior opponent.
In combat, Mei uses her battle axe to fight at close range. She seeks to cleave her opponents in two with ferocious attacks, doing so with incredible speed and precision given the axe's size. A single swing of her axe was capable of killing a flail master as well as severing the arms of an S-class flail. In her battle against the Old Lady of Smallpox, Mei was able to repeatedly climb out of a coffin buried underground and held up by a giant tombstone, shattering both in a single attack. She did it in less than three seconds each time, getting faster with each attempt.
Battle-axe: Mei's main weapon in battle is a large, light-colored cursed object in the shape of a battle-axe. The head of the axe is engraved with a symbol and the lower handle is wrapped in cloth. The axe itself is almost as tall as Mei, and she keeps it in a case or forces Ui to hold it when not in use.
