Takashi Mitsuya, or sometimes called Taka by vice-captain Hakkai Shiba, is a 15-year-old captain of Tokyo Manjikai's 2nd division.

Appearance
Mitsuya is a young man with downcast lavender eyes, short silver lilac hair and a muscular body. He has a hidden dragon tattoo identical to Ken Ryuguji's on his right temple and a black cross-shaped earring on his left ear. When not on gang duty, he wears a variety of casual outfits or the obligatory school uniform. When he was a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Mitsuya was most often seen wearing his uniform with the white belt.
In high school, Mitsuya has longer hair styled in a mullet. He wears a white shirt over a long-sleeved black suit for casual wear. He would later style his hair in a side-combed cut to the right, allowing his dragon tattoo to appear on the side of his head.
Personality
Mitsuya is a calm, level-headed person who was once the Tokyo Manji Gang's main source of positivity. Despite his difficult upbringing, he approaches each day with a smile. Mitsuya is a pacifist, preferring not to get into an altercation if possible, but at the same time, won't hesitate to fight to protect what's dear to him.
He showed a more angry side, getting frustrated with Takemichi when he was losing and telling him to stay focused.

He takes care of his two younger sisters, Luna and Mana, acting as both mother and father since their mother is rarely at home because of work.

Authority
Mitsuya was captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang's second division, giving him command and authority over the division's members and directly over Hakkai Shiba , his vice-captain.
Combat prowess
As captain of the second division, Mitsuya has strong fighting skills. He is also well known for his fighting skills among the other gangs. He was able to exchange equal blows with Taiju Shiba for some time. In addition, Mocchi noted that he was impressed by Mitsuya's fighting skills. Mitsuya was able to take many blows from the powerful Taiju Shiba and also survived a blow to the head with a metal pipe from Seishu Inui , known for his fighting skills.
Etymology
- The name Takashi means "noble, prosperity" (隆) ( takashi ).
- Takashi's surname, Mitsuya, means "three" (三) ( mi ), "stars" (ツ) ( tsu ) and the kanji of (谷) ( ya ) means "valley".
