⛩ Takashi Mitsuya, sometimes called Taka by vice-captain Hakkai Shiba, is a 15-year-old teenager and the captain of the 2nd division of the Tokyo Manji Gang.
Takashi grew up with his two younger sisters, Luna and Mana. He met Mikey and the other founding members, with whom he became friends. It is also known that he met Hakkai Shiba, younger brother of Taiju Shiba, leader of the Black Dragons, when the young boy was terrorizing other kids at the playground. Mitsuya, being a respected older brother, stopped Hakkai from using his fists again. Hakkai apologized and now sees Mitsuya as a new brother figure.
Mitsuya is a very mature young man. As he takes care of Mana and Luna a lot, he acts as an older brother to the gang and his allies. He often remains calm and composed, and is level-headed enough to lead a division of Toman and the manual arts club at his middle school.
